huh that's super interesting, it looks like you're in the mk1 cockpit of the aeris 4a? The logs only show creating hatches for the docking port, not the cockpit...did you transfer crew between the cockpit and docking port at some point? If you can identify the exact set of steps to reproduce the issue that would be super helpful. The docking ports have some very unusual code because they have seats but no crew capacity; it has caused a lot of weird edge case bugs in the past.

yes, i've noticed this problem with all hatches in all parts
also, just tested it with no restock, still didn't work, also did not work when i tried clicking the handle with the mouse

Ok so it looks like I got it kinda working. If I transfer the crew first to another seat/module it works. I can even just transfer the kerbal back to the same seat before IVA and it works.

From the initial user:

i got it to work just by installing KerbalVR and all of its dependencies first, verifying that I can transfer between parts with just the bare VR and dependency mods, then adding more mods at leisure
so I would recommend getting rid of any mods that aren't required, potentially reinstalling the VR mod, then slowly adding mods back once you've verified it works
I got it to work with restock as well once i verified everything
