Make the face tracking and eye tracking of alvr a single data type again #2

Like now it used to be in the old version as osc or as the new data type the face tracking is using it seems to be currently half osc and half custom data type

The reason we don't use OSC is because I haven't managed to find a way of making any OSC library work with VRCFT. Third party dlls can't seem to be picked up by VRCFT and the built-in OSC library in VRCFT is lacks support for arrays of length > 6. If you have a workaround I'm happy to go back to OSC!
