Bug Description

Per the docs here : https://dell.github.io/csm-docs/docs/deployment/csmoperator/drivers/powerstore/#namespace-and-powerstore-api-access-configuration & there : https://dell.github.io/csm-docs/docs/deployment/helm/drivers/installation/powerstore/#user-privileges the way to create secret are different and not very good with Operator.

Moreover the configuration contains typos.

Suggested changes are here : dell/csm-docs#1236

I let the team choose to integrate those in main or differently.
