Make felix watch for people (maybe newcomers only) who ask the same question twice in a row (even in multiple channels) and notify the user that asking once is enough and to have patience.

What kind of criteria would you use to detect a question? Also I think it would be better if the threshold was 3 identical messages, because sometimes members just get redirected to a different channel and usually don't bother typing a new message.

IIRC a question mark, and the question duplicated.

if someone posts 3 sequential messages are the same
regardless of channel

just tweak the spamblocker
