Can we use terraform to automatically add a repository_type to nf-core repos (https://github.blog/changelog/2023-10-12-github-repository-custom-properties-beta/), so we don't need https://github.com/nf-core/website/blob/php-site-2023/ignored_repos.ini this file on the website repo anymore.

The value of this property should be "pipeline" or "infrastructure".
