"make clean pdf" fails on on newer MacOS versions #386

In the makefile, we have, for example, the following:

python2.7 src/parseBook.py -f pdf

Because newer MacOS versions don't ship with python2.7 anymore, the make process fails. Since this is used by different platforms, is there a way this could be more differentiated? I don't know much about makefiles so I can't help. I had to manually change it to

python3 src/parseBook.py -f pdf

Some people might not be able to this
