Feature Request: Exclude ip's. and nonstop scanner

Hi,
I want to scan entire internet but it founds one cloudflare certificate and it stops. (Maybe a param can handle this)
I don't want to find cloudflare server I want real servers.
If we have exclude ip list as cidr list like here https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4 it can be useful too.

Maybe these features can be good for the next releases
