[feat]: sidebar color option

Feature description

The 'themes' page does not include a color option. Therefore, it does not follow the custom color theme. I think it needs options like these:

--sidebar-background: 222.2 84% 4.9%;
--sidebar-accent: 217.2 32.6% 17.5%;
